Barceptionsist
AMP Studios is looking for a Barceptionist – a hybrid role combining front desk responsibilities with basic hospitality. As the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and artists, you’ll help create a welcoming, professional, and relaxed environment. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone who’s organised, outgoing, and eager to grow within a dynamic creative company.
Main responsibilities include:
- Greet and assist clients, artists, and guests
- Manage studio bookings and daily schedules
- Serve beverages (coffee, tea, water, etc.) and maintain a tidy reception/lounge area
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries
- Support the wider team with admin and studio tasks
- Maintain a positive atmosphere in the space with music and hospitality
What We're Looking For:
- Friendly, approachable personality with strong communication skills
- Professional and reliable with good time management
- Comfortable with basic computer/admin tasks (emails, calendars, etc.)
- Organised and proactive, even in a busy environment
- Interest in music, media, or creative industries is a plus
- Barista or customer service experience is a bonus
